Senior partner role to lead and grow an integrated energy, infrastructure, maritime and construction practice from the Raleigh office. The position will handle a mix of transactional, regulatory and tax matters across renewable energy, oil & gas, infrastructure projects and maritime/construction contracting.

The successful candidate will build client-facing relationships, originate new business and supervise deal teams while advising on project development, regulatory compliance and tax structuring. This role offers a leadership opportunity within a busy, multi-discipline practice serving domestic energy and infrastructure clients.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner with demonstrable client origination and relationship-management record
  • Substantial experience in energy and infrastructure matters (renewables, oil & gas, project development, or maritime/construction)
  • Strong transactional and regulatory background; tax expertise preferred
  • Ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers
