We are seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an energy tax practice from the firm's Newark office. The role focuses on complex tax advice and structuring for energy clients, including transactional work, project financings, and tax-efficient commercial arrangements.

The partner will advise corporate and project stakeholders, collaborate across tax and energy teams, and supervise associates. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of originating or developing business; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring new clients is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in energy tax (transactional and project work)
Track record of client development and practice leadership
Strong technical tax skills and experience coordinating cross-practice teams
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction; JD required, LLM in Tax or equivalent advantageous
