Seeking a partner to lead and grow a multidisciplinary real estate and construction practice from the firm’s Newark office. The role will advise on leasing, development, construction agreements and related regulatory matters, with frequent cross-practice work in healthcare, renewable energy and finance transactions.

The successful candidate will take both a practice leadership and client-development role, handling complex deals and supervising junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to work on market-facing, transactional and project-based matters across industrial/logistics, resort development and healthcare infrastructure.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions; demonstrated experience with leasing and development matters
Significant exposure to healthcare and renewable energy projects and related regulatory issues
Experience with financing and project/debt finance matters a plus
Proven client-development skills; portable client relationships considered an asset
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; ability to practice in New Jersey or willingness to obtain admission
Track record of leading teams and mentoring associates
