National law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking group in the Atlanta office. The role focuses on leading commercial lending, secured finance and related credit transactions for corporate and institutional clients.

The ideal candidate will run and grow a portable practice, originate new business, mentor associates and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex financing matters. This is a partner-level role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

Partner-level experience in commercial banking and finance transactions
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong track record advising on secured lending, syndicated loans, asset-based lending or similar financings
JD and active bar admission; excellent drafting, negotiation and leadership skills
