Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Atlanta, focusing on leveraged and structured finance transactions. The role will lead complex financings, manage deal teams and contribute to practice development across the region.

The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for originating and executing transactions, supervising associates, and maintaining strong client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate business is expected.

Established partner-level experience in leveraged and structured finance transactions
Proven track record of originating and closing complex financings and leading deal teams
Strong business development skills and an existing or portable client base
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the Atlanta office
