Senior finance partner opportunity with a well-established national firm to lead and grow the Finance & Banking practice in the Atlantic City area. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance and banking matters and on driving origination and client relationships.

The team advises on commercial and corporate finance matters and seeks a partner who can work across transaction types, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. The office operates as part of a multi-office national platform, offering cross-practice support and referral work.

Portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate business is welcome. The firm is open to candidates who can both bring existing client relationships and develop new opportunities locally and regionally.

Qualified to practice in New Jersey (or eligible to obtain admission).
Established finance and banking transaction experience at partner level.
Proven track record of originating or expanding client relationships; portable book of business a plus.
Strong team leadership, client management, and business development skills.
