Demonstrable partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating or significantly growing client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Strong technical documentation and negotiation skills; comfortable advising lenders and borrowers on complex financings.
