Leading national finance team is opportunistically adding a lateral partner across Canada. The group advises on a diverse range of lending and structured finance matters and is looking for an experienced, self-sufficient partner to complement the existing bench.

Hiring is driven by cultural fit and long-term fit rather than an immediate mandate; the team values collaborative personalities who will integrate with an established practice. Candidates may be mid- to senior-level partners with a demonstrable, portable client base and the ability to originate and manage complex finance transactions.

• Proven track record on complex finance and lending matters (not solely commercial or overflow work)
