Senior finance partner role to lead and grow a private credit and banking practice from the firm’s Chicago office. The position involves originating and executing leveraged and structured lending, private credit transactions, and related finance matters for a diverse borrower and lender client base.

The partner will join a national finance platform, work closely with deal teams across offices, and play a visible client-facing role. The firm is seeking someone able to run complex transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and help expand the practice in the region. A portable practice or proven origination track record is welcomed.

Established partner with significant experience in banking, private credit, and leveraged/structured lending.
Demonstrated ability to originate and lead transactions and to manage client relationships.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and collaborating with cross-office teams.
Admission to practice in Illinois (or eligible) and good standing.
