Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago finance team. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance matters, advising borrowers and lenders on complex financing transactions across industry sectors.

The partner will join a collaborative deal team and work closely with senior partners and associates to originate and execute transactions. This is an opportunity to lead client engagements and grow a market-facing practice within a well-resourced finance platform.

Significant partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Demonstrated track record of leading complex financings and providing strategic commercial advice to lenders and borrowers.
Proven ability to originate or develop a portable practice preferred; strong client development skills required.
Excellent drafting, deal-management and team leadership skills; admission to the relevant state bar.
