Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Finance & Banking and Corporate team in Chicago. The role will focus on advising investment and asset management clients on commercial finance, fund formation and related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will join a full-service office and work with a cross-practice group on deals and ongoing client counseling. This is an opportunity to lead client relationships and grow a practice within an established platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience advising investment or asset management clients
• Good track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
