Partner opportunity in Dusseldorf for an experienced finance/corporate lawyer to lead and grow an asset and investment management practice. The role sits within a well‑established German firm and will involve advising fund managers, institutional investors and financial institutions on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters.

The team works across investment management and related corporate/finance mandates, combining fund formation, portfolio transactions and regulatory advice. The hire will collaborate closely with corporate and banking colleagues and will have responsibility for client development and team leadership.

Established partner-level experience in asset management and investment management matters (funds, managers, investors).
Proven transactional and regulatory experience at the intersection of corporate and finance work.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.
Admission to practise in Germany and fluent German; strong commercial and leadership skills.
