Top-tier law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate groups in Las Vegas. The role focuses on leading complex financing transactions across funds, private credit, corporate finance and banking matters.

The successful candidate will build and manage a portable practice, advise sophisticated borrowers/lenders and fund sponsors, and work closely with cross-practice teams on deal execution and client development.

Proven partner-level experience in syndicated lending, private credit, fund finance or corporate finance transactions
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development ability preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on high-value financings
Admission to practice in the U.S.; willingness to be based in or relocate to Las Vegas
