Established partner-level experience in finance and banking, with demonstrable private credit or syndicated lending work.
Strong track record of leading complex financing transactions and managing deal teams.
Proven business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.
