Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Dallas. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance and secured lending.

The successful candidate will join an established practice team and help grow local and regional relationships. There is opportunity to bring and develop a portable practice; the firm supports partners who originate and expand client workstreams.

Established partner with a strong track record in finance and banking transactions.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; openness to bring a portable practice.
Experience leading deal teams on syndicated, acquisition and secured finance matters.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to transfer admission; excellent interpersonal and business development skills.
