A national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas office and lead growth of the Finance & Banking practice. The role is practice-facing and client-oriented, with responsibility for originating and managing lending and finance matters across commercial and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and be expected to develop business, mentor junior lawyers, and handle complex financing transactions from negotiation through closing. The firm offers partner-level resources and support for building a portable practice in the region.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in banking and finance transactions.
Proven track record of client development and originating work or a portable practice.
Experience leading teams on complex commercial lending, asset-based lending, or similar finance matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
