Ideal candidates will lead deal teams, supervise associates, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management. The team is open to candidates based nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice.

Established partner-level finance/banking lawyer with significant transactional experience (including capital markets experience preferred)
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
Comfort supervising and mentoring associates and contributing to practice group strategy
Open to candidates nationwide; portable book of business considered
