Leading international law firm seeks a partner-level finance lawyer to join its London finance & banking team. The role focuses on lending and private credit matters across borrower- and lender-side work, advising on complex syndicated and bilateral financing arrangements.

The successful candidate will help grow a visible London practice, working with cross-border teams and supporting client development in the European market. This is an opportunity to join an established finance platform with substantial institutional and private-credit activity.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking, with strong private credit and lending credentials.
Track record of originating and leading complex financing transactions and managing client relationships.
Demonstrable business development skills and a portable practice or ability to bring and grow client relationships.
Qualified and authorised to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) with significant London market experience.
