Leading international finance team seeks a lateral partner to join its London office to strengthen leveraged and structured finance capabilities. The role will focus on high-value syndicated, leveraged and structured financings for corporate and sponsor clients across multiple sectors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative cross-border practice with strong transactional flow and support from domestic and international colleagues. There is scope to lead transactions, mentor junior lawyers and develop a portable practice aligned with the team's strategic growth plans.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Strong transactional track record advising on syndicated and sponsor-backed financings.
Ability and willingness to develop or bring a portable client practice; business development skills.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; experience leading deal teams.
Qualified in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and able to work in the UK.
