Senior finance partner opportunity in the firm's London finance and banking team. The role will lead complex debt finance and banking matters for corporate and financial institution clients across the UK and cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will combine a strong technical background with business development skills, helping to grow and deepen client relationships while mentoring junior lawyers within a busy team. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and win new work is welcome.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with partnership-level experience in banking and finance.
Proven track record advising on corporate lending, acquisition finance, or related banking matters.
Demonstrable business development skills and established client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates; excellent commercial and communication skills.
