Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its London Finance & Banking team. The role will involve leading complex financing transactions across corporate and project finance workstreams for a mix of international and UK-based clients.

The ideal candidate will have an established, portable practice and be comfortable originating and executing high-value financing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and building client relationships within a busy capital markets and banking practice.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (project finance, acquisition finance or syndicated lending).
Track record of originating work and managing client relationships; portable practice desirable.
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills; experience leading deal teams.
Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with significant London market experience.
