Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in the Milwaukee office. The role focuses on originating and leading finance, banking and capital markets matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and expanding client relationships.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team that advises lenders, borrowers and sponsors across a range of commercial finance and capital markets transactions.

Proven partner-level experience in finance, banking and capital markets transactions
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to work from the Milwaukee office and support business development nationwide
Active bar admission and excellent drafting, negotiating and interpersonal skills
