Partner, Finance & Banking — Minneapolis

Seeking a lateral partner to join a leading US law firm’s Finance & Banking group in Minneapolis. The role will focus on originating and leading matters across funds, private credit, corporate finance, asset finance and bank-related work.

The successful candidate will build and develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national finance teams on sophisticated transactions and financings. This is a partner-track role for an experienced originator with an established lender and sponsor network.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established relationships with lenders, sponsors or corporate borrowers in finance/banking sectors
• Proven record of leading complex financings and mentoring associates
• Bar admission and substantial partner-level experience in finance or banking practice
