Leading German law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Munich. The role focuses on advising lenders and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border banking and finance matters.

The team handles a range of transactional and regulatory finance work; the new partner will take a visible client-facing role, lead deals, and help grow the practice in Munich.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Portable client relationships/origination ability desirable.
Track record of leading teams on complex deals and advising institutional clients.
Fluent German and English; admitted to practise in Germany or equivalent.
