Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a finance practice within a top-tier US law firm’s New York office. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance transactions across corporate and sponsor-backed deals, working with a seasoned finance team on complex debt financings.

The incoming partner will handle mandate development and execution, mentor and manage junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on sophisticated financing structures. This is a visible, client-facing role with opportunities to expand a transactional finance book.

Established partner with a strong transactional finance background (leveraged finance and structured finance preferred)
Proven track record leading complex debt financings and high-value transactions
Demonstrable business development ability; portable client relationships or a developing book of business desirable
Experience managing and mentoring junior attorneys and working collaboratively across practices
US bar admission and authorization to practice in New York
