Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in New York. The role will focus on originating and leading lending and finance matters, with significant exposure to private credit and related transactions.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling complex financing matters for institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders. This is a visible partner role with expectations for business development, client management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with deep finance & banking experience, including private credit transactions.
Proven track record of originating and leading deals; portable client relationships preferred.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and client relationships.
Bar admission in New York (or ability to become admitted).
