Experienced finance partner sought to join a national law firm's New York finance & banking team. The role focuses on leading and managing commercial lending and corporate finance transactions across a mix of lenders, borrowers and corporate clients.

The team offers a collaborative platform with national reach and established transactional resources. The successful candidate will handle complex deals, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Established partner-level finance & banking experience handling commercial lending and corporate finance transactions.
Proven track record of leading deals, supervising teams, and providing practical commercial advice.
Ability to develop business and, ideally, bring a portable practice or client relationships.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills; admission to the New York bar (or ability to qualify).
