The role focuses on originating and executing complex securitizations, structured-finance transactions and leveraged-finance-related financings for institutional and corporate borrowers.

The successful candidate will split time between client-facing origination, transaction execution and cross-practice collaboration with capital markets and finance teams. There is a clear expectation to drive business development and mentor junior lawyers within a busy transactional practice.
