Senior finance partner opportunity based in Paris with a well-established international practice. The role will lead and develop financing transactions, advise on cross-border deals, and work closely with a team of transactional lawyers across jurisdictions.

We are looking for a partner who is client-facing, commercially minded and experienced in originating and executing complex finance matters. The position offers responsibility for business development and management of a finance team in the Paris office.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions.
Track record of leading complex or cross-border financing deals.
Ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Eligible to work in France and able to be based in or regularly work from the Paris office.
