A national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in San Francisco. The role will focus on commercial lending and related finance matters for a mix of regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will lead transactions, develop and mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across offices. The firm values lawyers with an established portable practice and a track record of originating business.

Established finance and banking practice at the partner level
Proven track record leading commercial lending transactions and related finance matters
Portable client relationships and ability to originate business preferred
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing deal teams
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (California) or ability to obtain admission
