Partner, Finance & Banking — San Francisco

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy banking and finance practice in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on originating and executing commercial lending and syndicated finance matters, advising lenders and corporate borrowers across domestic and cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will combine strong client relationships and transaction experience with team leadership to expand market presence. Responsibilities include client origination, deal execution, mentoring junior lawyers, and coordinating with other practice groups on complex financings.

• Demonstrable track record in commercial lending, syndicated loans, and structured finance transactions
• Proven business development and client origination skills
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
