Senior partner opportunity for an experienced finance lawyer to lead and grow a structured finance and securitization practice in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on originating and advising on complex financing transactions across structured and leveraged finance products.

The position requires a strong track record of client development, matter leadership and collaboration with cross-practice teams. The successful candidate will take a leading role in business development and practice strategy in the market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience advising on structured finance and securitization transactions
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship-management skills
