Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Securities teams in London. The role focuses on advising corporate and financial institution clients on capital markets transactions and related financing matters.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, manage and develop a small team, and drive business development in the UK market. This is a visible role with significant client contact and cross-border work.

Proven partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions
Track record of originating and leading complex cross-border deals
Strong client development and relationship-management skills
Ability to manage and mentor fee-earners in a London practice
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
