Experienced partner-level hire sought to lead and grow a capital markets practice within a finance and securities team in Minneapolis. The role will advise corporate and financial institution clients on a range of public and private capital markets transactions and related securities and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities include originating and executing transactions, managing and mentoring deal teams, and collaborating with cross-practice groups on complex finance matters. The position offers partner-level autonomy and visibility and is open to candidates with a portable practice.

Proven partner or senior counsel record in capital markets, finance or securities work.
Demonstrable experience originating and leading complex capital markets or finance transactions.
Strong securities regulatory and disclosure knowledge.
Experience managing teams and developing business; portable client relationships welcome.
Active bar admission in the United States or ability to qualify locally.
