Established partner with a strong finance and banking practice (domestic and cross-border experience preferred)
Demonstrable track record of originating and managing complex lending transactions
Admission to practice in Japan or equivalent qualification; experience working with international financial institutions
Proven ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business development
