National law firm seeks a senior finance partner to lead and expand its energy and project finance practice from the Austin office. The role focuses on originating and leading financing and development work across renewables and energy infrastructure.

The partner will manage deal teams, cultivate client relationships, and drive business development in the Texas renewables market. This is a visible role with responsibility for practice growth and cross-office collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in project finance and renewable-energy financings
• Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to qualify)
