Senior finance partner sought to lead and grow a renewable energy and project finance practice from the Denver office of a leading national law firm. The role focuses on structuring and executing project financings, debt facilities and related commercial agreements for utility-scale and distributed renewable energy projects.

The position requires an experienced partner who can originate and manage client relationships, lead cross-disciplinary deal teams, and work closely with sponsors, lenders and project counterparties. Established partner-level experience in project finance, energy finance or related corporate lending matters.
Proven track record of originating and executing renewable energy or infrastructure financings and managing deal teams.
Portable client relationships / business generation capability preferred.
Licensed to practice in the U.S.; ability to work from or relocate to Denver.
