Senior finance partner role for an established national firm seeking to expand its energy and project finance capabilities in Salt Lake City. The role will focus on renewable energy and project finance transactions across the western U.S., advising sponsors, lenders and developers on deal structuring and documentation.

The firm is looking for a market-facing partner who will lead and grow a portable practice in renewables and project finance, collaborate with national teams, and act as a senior client relationship lead on complex financings.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance, energy finance or related finance and banking matters.
Track record of originating and leading renewable energy transactions and managing client relationships; ability to bring or build a portable practice.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on finance documentation (loan agreements, security packages, intercreditor arrangements, ESG/renewables provisions).
Comfort working with cross-office teams and developing business in the region; admissions or ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction preferred.
