Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas finance and insurance practice. The role focuses on sophisticated finance work with significant intersections in insurance-related matters (transactional and regulatory), advising corporate and institutional clients.

The team handles a broad range of finance and insurance matters but does not take on insurer-sided coverage defense litigation. The hire will have the opportunity to shape and grow a portable practice within a busy, multi-disciplinary group.

Established partner with a proven track record in finance and insurance-related matters.
Portable client relationships/book of business preferred and the ability to develop new business.
Strong transactional, regulatory and client-management skills; admission to the Texas bar or ability to obtain admission.
Comfort collaborating across corporate, regulatory and risk teams; clear communicator and rainmaking ability.
