Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Insurance practice in New York. The role is focused on leading sophisticated financing matters with a substantial insurance component, advising institutional clients and insurers on transactional and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will have an established transactional and/or insurance practice, proven client-development ability and experience supervising deal teams. This is an opportunity to join a large, full-service firm and expand a portable practice within an integrated finance and insurance platform.

Partner-level experience in finance and insurance matters; strong transactional background
Proven book of business or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships
Track record of leading deal teams and managing client engagements
Bar admission in New York or eligibility to be admitted
