Ideal candidate will bring strong technical experience in finance transactions and insurance issues, a track record of client management, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers. The team handles a broad range of matters and offers collaborative cross-practice support.

Established partner-level experience in finance and/or insurance practice areas.
Proven record of leading transactions and advising commercial clients on finance or insurance matters.
Demonstrated business development ability; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.
Leadership and mentoring experience with associates and support staff.
