Established partner track record in patent litigation, antitrust (including private‑equity related work), or finance‑side matters.
Substantive industry experience in life sciences, technology and/or energy.
Proven business development skills and history of bringing or growing client relationships (portable book of business welcome).
Admission or ability to practice in Texas; strong trial and appellate advocacy or transactional experience as applicable.
