Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross-practice team handling capital markets/private equity matters, complex patent litigation (with a strong life‑sciences and technology focus), and antitrust litigation tied to transactional work. The role combines originations, client relationship management and matter leadership on high‑value disputes and transactions.

The team represents sophisticated corporate clients across private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors. Candidates will be expected to develop business, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with other practices to deliver integrated solutions.

Open to partners with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and expand client relationships in the listed industries.

Established partner with significant experience in one or more of: patent litigation (life sciences/tech), antitrust litigation related to transactions, and private equity or capital markets matters.
Proven track record of originating business and managing client relationships; a portable practice is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership supervising associates and leading complex, multidisciplinary matters.
Bar admission and experience practicing in New York with strong courtroom and/or transactional deal experience as applicable.
