Experienced transactional lawyer sought to join a large US office as a partner in the finance and securities team. The role focuses on capital markets and finance transactions — advising issuers, underwriters and borrowers on public and private offerings and related securities matters.

The partner will lead deals, manage complex financings and work closely with a cross‑disciplinary team of finance, securities and corporate lawyers. The group advises a range of institutional and corporate clients; this role offers significant client‑facing responsibility and the chance to build and expand a portable practice.

The office is collaborative and growth‑oriented, looking for a senior hire who will contribute to business development, mentor junior lawyers and help deepen the firm’s market presence in the region.

Proven partner‑level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions.
Track record of leading public and private offerings, debt and structured finance matters, and advising on securities compliance.
Established client relationships and ability to develop business; portable practice welcomed.
Strong team leadership, deal management and mentoring experience.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligible for admission.
