The role will focus on advising fund managers, institutional investors and lenders on fund finance, fund formation and related transactional work across the French market and cross‑border matters.

The successful candidate will join a well-established international firm platform, take primary responsibility for originating and managing client relationships in France, and collaborate with teams across Europe to deliver complex financing and fund-related transactions.
