Leading law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead its fund formation practice in Paris. The role focuses on advising fund managers and investors on fund establishment, regulatory structuring and cross-border fund products.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, able to originate business and work with teams across jurisdictions to deliver fund formation and related finance work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in fund formation and fund-related regulatory matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Admission to practise in France or equivalent qualification and strong commercial English; French language skills preferred
