The successful candidate will be client-facing, able to originate business and work with teams across jurisdictions to deliver fund formation and related finance work.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in fund formation and fund-related regulatory matters
- Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
- Admission to practise in France or equivalent qualification and strong commercial English; French language skills preferred
