Leading practice group seeking a partner to join its Healthcare and Education teams in Austin. The role focuses on counseling healthcare providers, education institutions, and life sciences clients on a mix of transactional, regulatory and advisory matters.

This is a partner-level opportunity with significant client development expectations; the team works across industry-focused groups and collaborates with national colleagues on cross-cutting matters.

Open to candidates based nationwide; the office offers a collaborative platform and access to broader industry resources for partners bringing a substantial portable book of business.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising healthcare and education clients, including life sciences matters
• Proven business development and client-management track record
• Bar admission or ability to practice in Texas preferred
