Partner opportunity to lead and grow a Healthcare and Education practice from the firm's Milwaukee office. The role focuses on advising health‑system, life‑sciences and education clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team combines regulatory depth with transactional experience; the incoming partner will work with existing lawyers across industry groups and have support for client development and cross‑practice matters. The firm is open to candidates based outside the region and welcomes partners with an established, portable client base that aligns with these industry sectors.

Established partner or equivalent senior experience in healthcare, life sciences or education law
Proven track record of client development and managing complex regulatory/transactional matters
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practice groups
Portable book of business welcomed; open to candidates nationwide
