Partner, Healthcare Litigation & Life Sciences — Las Vegas

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas team to lead and grow healthcare and life‑sciences litigation matters, with an emphasis on digital health and technology‑adjacent disputes. The role combines courtroom and bet‑the‑company experience with business development responsibility.

The successful candidate will handle complex civil litigation, manage teams, and advise healthcare and life‑sciences clients on risk, regulatory intersections, and product/technology issues. This is an opportunity to build a practice within an established platform and collaborate with cross‑practice colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established litigation background in healthcare and/or life sciences (including digital health or technology‑related disputes)
• Proven trial and dispositive motion experience and ability to lead case teams
• Strong client development record and ability to originate work
