Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and expand its healthcare litigation team in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare and life sciences clients on complex litigation, regulatory overlap, and high-stakes disputes.

The partner will manage a full docket of matters, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on regulatory and compliance issues. The position offers significant autonomy to shape case strategy and practice development in the region.

Strong client-development skills are required; the role is suitable for an experienced litigator who can bring and grow client relationships within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on healthcare and/or life sciences matters.
Proven track record of managing complex civil litigation, including motion practice and trial experience.
Experience supervising associates and leading cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated business development capability; portable client relationships or the ability to originate new work preferred.
Admission to the relevant state bar and standing in good professional order.
